PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with Highest Honors in 2016, Emily attended Texas A&M School of Law, and graduated Cum Laude in 2019 while earning a business law concentration. While in law school, Emily served on Texas A&M's Property Journal as a senior editor. Emily’s practice primarily consists of advising municipalities, economic development corporations, and other governmental entities on a wide range of matters including land use and development, real estate transactions, competitive bidding and procurement, development of policies and procedures, elections, open meetings, contracts, franchises, ordinances, and legal opinions.

Emily was born in Kansas City, Missouri, but now calls Texas home. She graduated from Little Elm High School as Salutatorian in 2012. She now lives in McKinney, Texas with her three dogs.
